General Motors
Working for General Motors was surely a challenge. Several factors contributed to this challenge. The presentation that we made was extremely important because it was aimed at the key clients of the company. Moreover, the time pressure was huge - we had only two weeks to produce the material. Even though we were given “B-roll” tapes we were supposed to conduct interviews with nine key clients of General Motors in Poland.
The interviews included an excellent cook, Maciek Kuroń, the Chief of Fleet for Henkel Poland, the Director of Logistics for Falcon Company P.L.C., the Manager of Quality Control in the General Motors factory in Gliwice, the Director of the Department of Administration for AIG Amplico Life, the Fleet Administrator for Ernst&Young, the CEO of Jurajska Group GOPR, the Director of Małopolska Road Traffic in Cracow and the Mayor Arkadiusz Kups, who is in charge of Conscription.
The film was produced mainly in the places where the fleets of the above mentioned companies are used or in their headquarters. The entire filming, from conception to montage, took exactly two weeks. The presentation took place at the gala reception of General Motors on December 21, 2007 in the Hilton Hotel in Warsaw.
